Karen

Hi, My name is Karen. I have been at 20/20 EyeCare & EyeWear for seven years.

Previously, I worked at a doggy daycare boarding facility. Some of my favorite optical stories are the ones that deal with our tiniest of patients, our infant patients. It is so rewarding to see a baby put on that first pair of MiraFlex glasses and just watch them open their eyes up so wide! Like they can finally see clearly!

My specialty at 20/20 EyeCare & EyeWear is being at the front desk to help you with all your patient care needs. I will greet you, schedule your appointment, take your contact lens orders, enter all your demographic information into our EHR system, file your routine vision claims, and more. Sometimes all at once! Multitasking while keeping calm is my forte.

Hobbies outside of work are chasing my 3-year-old son around and just enjoying him to the fullest. When I’m not doing that you can catch me on Netflix binge-watching Grey’s Anatomy.

Natalie

Hi, My name is Natalie. I have been working at 20/20 EyeCare & EyeWear for 4 years. I have been in the optical field for over 20 years.

My favorite optical stories vary from a young child who is seeing clearly again with new glasses, to a senior who is seeing clearly again after cataract surgery. There are many rewarding aspects of this occupation.

My specialties at 20/20 EyeCare & EyeWear are glasses dispensing, contact lens insertion and removal training classes, and all aspects of accounts receivable involving insurance claims and patient balances. I also manage the provider relationships with each insurance company to ensure each patient receives the maximum benefit to which they are entitled.

My hobbies outside of work are going to rock concerts, seeing movies, reading a good book, and sightseeing while on vacation.

Hi, My name is Cristina. I am the newest member of the 20/20 EyeCare & EyeWear. I have been working here for a month as a technician.

I’ve had so many great experiences already. I am looking forward to continuing to grow and learn as I go.

Hobbies outside of 20/20 EyeCare & EyeWear are spending time with my children and buying make-up.

Romina

Hi, My name is Romina. I have been at 20/20 EyeCare & EyeWear for a little over a year. This is my first job in the field.

One of my favorite optical stories is when I was teaching an 8-year-old boy and we did the pressure test, better known as the puff. He was so excited by it and couldn’t wait to do the next eye!

My specialty at 20/20 EyeCare & EyeWear is Paraoptometric Technician.

Outside of work I like to spend time with my family. I also like to read and binge on my favorite TV shows.
