Meet Dr. Kyle Young

Dr. Kyle Young received his doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry. He prides himself in providing high-quality eye care to all patients as well as taking the time to address each patient’s individual questions and concerns.

Dr. Kyle Young was born and raised in LaGrange, Illinois, and graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor’s degree in molecular and cellular biology.

He later received his doctorate from the Illinois College of Optometry. He is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Illinois Optometric Association.

Through his training at the Cincinnati VAMC, Mack Eye Center, Visionary Eye Care, and the Illinois Eye Institute he developed expertise in primary care, as well as in the management of glaucoma, diabetic eye care, dry eye, and in pediatric eye care. Additionally, he is experienced in the treatment of anterior segment disease, urgent care, and post-operative care of refractive surgeries and cataract extractions.

Dr. Young’s goal when he sees his patients is to improve their quality of life. He builds long-term relationships with his patients through detailed examinations and taking the time to address his patient’s individual questions and concerns. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and woodworking.
